A nutritional balance as a dietary alternative
Thomas le Jardinier pays strict attention to the choice of ingredients, which make up his recipes. He uses his unique know how to produce balanced recipes, which provide all the necessary nutriments for a whole diet.
· The vitamins and mineral salts come from fresh vegetables chosen for their full flavour.
· The vegetable proteins are provides by the combination of legumes and whole cereals, which are naturally gluten free (rice, buckwheat).
· The carbohydrates stem from whole cereals and chestnuts.
· The lipids (rich in Omega 3) come from cold pressed oils, which are combined for their complementary nature and their taste.
Recipes prepared lovingly for a flavoursome taste
Thomas le Jardinier likes to take his time. Like any good cook, he knows that the best recipes are made from fresh products simmered on a low heat in order to allow the subtlest expression of flavours. Before cooking, the legumes are soaked and pre-sprouted in Alet mineral water, filtered water reputed for its exceptional purity. For seasoning, Thomas le Jardinier has selected unrefined sea salt (for the minerals) at cider vinegar (for the enzymes). As for the spices that he subtly harmonizes…….they will remain his secret.
